Return & Warranty

To initiate a return, you must first obtain an RMA number by clicking the designated link. Please note that all items purchased during sales or promotions are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns are eligible within thirty days from the date your order is delivered. Any return submitted without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Once issued, an RMA will remain active for twenty-one days; if the return is not received within this period, the RMA will expire, and a new RMA must be requested for the item to be returned.

All items being returned must include the original shoebox and remain in unworn, unwashed condition, free from odors such as smoke, and free from pet hair. Customers should try on shoes only on carpeted surfaces to prevent damage or marks. The original shoebox should not be marked or written on and must be placed in an additional shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returns unless they select the Checkout+ option. Every returned item will undergo an inspection to ensure it meets resale standards. Items that are non-defective but not in resalable condition will be sent back to the customer without issuing a credit.

Once a return is received, it may take up to fourteen business days for processing. The credit will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase, and it may take two to three billing cycles for the refund to appear on the statement. Regarding warranty coverage, MEIOS Inc. guarantees to the original purchaser that the product will be free from material and workmanship defects for a period of thirty days from the purchase date.
